I am a 26yo runner looking for adventure-mates courageous enough to join me on Tuesday mornings for easy pace runs, despite the heat.
Meet up point: Caffè Rossini (in front of Le Panche)
Meet up time: 7am
Plan: 10-15km at 6/6.30 min/km (the plan can be adapted based on who joins)
Third week doing this - already run with three different amazing sporty people 🏃♀️🏃♂️
